|
The Administration recommends no change to the City’s current Operating Millage Rate and therefore seeks Commission approval of a Tentative Operating millage rate of 5.9998 mils. The Administration further seeks Commission approval to provide necessary annual funding of annual voter-approved Debt Service payments by approval of a Tentative Debt Service millage rate of .2595 mils. The operating Millage reflects an increase of 4.11% from the City’s “rolled-back” rate of 5.7632 mils. Advertisement of the approved rates will be made in accordance with State law with the first Budget Hearing scheduled to be held at Dania Beach City Hall on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. |
